Relationship Manager - Real Estate (Off-Plan Projects)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to lead client engagement and sales for our off-plan real estate projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in DLD and OQOOD processes, strong CRM expertise, and a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets through lead conversion, client retention, and engagement.
Manage CRM systems to track leads and enhance the client journey.
Oversee DLD and OQOOD registration and ensure regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and investors.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and project launches.
Provide premium post-sales support and retention strategies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, particularly off-plan projects.
Strong knowledge of DLD, OQOOD, and RERA regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
