We are looking for an experienced Trade Finance Relationship Manager - Team Lead to manage corporate client relationships while leading and mentoring a small team of sales agents. The role combines business development, relationship management, and team leadership to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients
Acquire new business through direct sales and referrals
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable financial solutions
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Eligibility & Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in trade finance, banking, corporate sales, or financial services
Proven experience handling corporate clients independently
Strong knowledge of trade finance processes and banking operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle high-value transactions
Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
