Role Overview:
We are looking to hire multiple experienced Relationship Managers - Secured Finance (Fleet) to manage a growing portfolio of secured finance and fleet clients. This is a high-volume hiring initiative, aimed at expanding our team to drive asset growth, cross-selling, portfolio quality, and exceptional client service, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with secured finance and fleet clients to drive asset growth and revenue.
• Acquire new business through cross-selling within the existing portfolio and selective external sourcing.
• Prepare and submit credit applications, including financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and collateral evaluation.
• Monitor client financial health, industry trends, and facility utilization.
• Ensure all credit documentation complies with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and AML guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Credit Risk, Legal, Operations, Trade Finance) for efficient turnaround times.
• Conduct regular client visits, maintain high-quality call reports, and support a growing client portfolio.
• Monitor repayments, manage delinquencies, and support timely recovery of dues.
• Maintain ethical sales practices, transparency, and customer suitability at all times.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Relationship Management within a banking environment.
• Strong experience in secured finance, fleet financing, or business banking.
• Solid knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and UAE banking regulations.
• Familiarity with AML regulations and UAE bank guidelines.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
