Job Summary:

We are actively seeking experienced and motivated

Relationship Manager - Real Estate (Female Arabic)

to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in facilitating property transactions, connecting buyers and sellers, and contributing to the growth and success of our real estate business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of successful property transactions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, both buyers and sellers. Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions. Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights. Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers. Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts. Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients and opportunities. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with a successful track record. Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of Real estate experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends. Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and procedures. Effective communication and presentation skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
