Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents & brokers
Promote company projects and provide professional guidance to potential buyers
Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions
Drive sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Grow and manage your network within the Dubai real estate market
Support marketing activities, site visits, and client meetings
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years of real estate experience
in Dubai
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong client-handling & relationship management abilities
Goal-driven mindset with a passion for real estate
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Fluency in English (other languages are a strong advantage)
