Relationship Manager (real Estate)

Job Description

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote the company's real estate portfolio. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends. Present, promote, and sell properties to both individual and corporate clients. Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and documentation processes. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure listings and promotional materials are updated. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Provide feedback to management on client needs, market trends, and product improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA (if applicable).

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of UAE real estate market and RERA regulations (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
