The Role: Operations & Admin Manager

This is not a back-office role. You will be the backbone of the brokerage, ensuring the team is

organized, aligned, and performing at peak level

. You will be directly responsible for:

Operations Management

- Streamlining day-to-day workflows, ensuring the team stays accountable and execution-focused.

Team Growth & Structure

- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent to strengthen both sales and admin functions.

Sales-Driven Admin Oversight

- Supporting sales agents with organized property listings, RERA compliance, landlord coordination, and client engagement.

Off-Plan & Market Readiness

- Keeping the company up to date with all developer launches, project updates, and sales opportunities.

Execution Discipline

- Making sure nothing falls through the cracks: leads, meetings, follow-ups, and reporting.
What You Bring

Proven Dubai Real Estate Experience

- Strong knowledge of sales, off-plan launches, and brokerage operations.

Leadership & Organization

- Natural ability to keep people accountable, manage multiple moving parts, and bring structure.

Sales Understanding

- You've closed deals before and know how to support a sales team from an execution standpoint.

Proactive Problem-Solver

- Anticipates challenges, stays ahead of issues, and ensures smooth company operations.

High Standards

- Professional, detail-oriented, and fully aligned with Aston Gate's international branding.
