to support and expand sales for our real estate development projects. This role is responsible for developing strong client and broker relationships, managing the end-to-end sales process, and converting leads into successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with
brokers, channel partners, investors, and end clients
.
Actively generate and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
Assess client requirements and propose suitable
residential and commercial property options
.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations to maximize sales opportunities.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth
booking, documentation, approval, and handover
processes.
Maintain up-to-date client records, sales pipelines, and performance reports using
CRM tools
.
Provide consistent post-sales support to strengthen client trust and encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience
in real estate sales or relationship management (developer or brokerage experience preferred).
Solid understanding of the
UAE real estate market
, pricing structures, and broker networks.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
