We are looking for an experienced
Relationship Manager
to join our real estate development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have5-8 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate sector
, with a strong background in client relations, property sales, and investor management. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships and support the company's growth.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. Promote company projects and manage end-to-end client interactions. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure client satisfaction. Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience
in UAE real estate or real estate development. Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). Professional, self-motivated, and result-driven personality. Valid UAE driving license preferred.Benefits:
