Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with
broker networks
to drive off-plan sales.
Identify and onboard new brokerage firms to expand the company's market reach.
Manage and support brokers with updated project information, pricing, and promotional materials.
Conduct training and presentations for brokers to enhance their sales effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to optimize sales strategies.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and promotional campaigns for broker channels.
Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements:
Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales
with a Developer.
2+ years of experience
in real estate sales, with a focus on indirect sales channels.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
