We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused

Relationship Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their investment or residential goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and property owners. Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their requirements. Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Provide market insights, investment opportunities, and property updates. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and support. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in real estate or relationship management is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales abilities. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is highly desirable. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
