To relationship manage Priority Banking customers in assigned region to achieve the financial & service levels targets. . To liaise with Regional & Branch Managers to market & serve the Priority Banking segment. . To provide market/customer feedback to line managers. . To drive customer origination of New to Bank & New to Product customers within the region, grow segment accounts, and increase cross-sell of applicable products such as investments, liabilities, and assets. . To profile customers & market investment products, providing advisory services to HNWIs. . To coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent customer experience and product development. . To manage relationships of assigned customers within the segment. . To collaborate with Branch Managers, Investment Solutions, C&IB, credit, and remedial teams to meet financial objectives. Key Accountabilities . Meet financial objectives of the segment. . Provide exceptional customer experience. . Achieve budgeted origination of NTB & NTP customers via Relationship Managers and branch channels. . Communicate NBFaEUR(TM)s Priority Banking products and propositions effectively. . Support retail credit team to ensure portfolio quality through market intelligence and early alerts. . Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and customer due diligence policies. . Review products, service levels, and processes; propose innovative solutions. . Conduct financial promotions, gather client data, and assess risk profiles. . Achieve sales targets for investment products and provide advisory to HNWIs. . Minimize rejection rates of customer applications by coordinating with stakeholders. Education Master in Business Administration Experience and Skills Skills . Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills . Excellent verbal and written communication . Conceptual, planning, and leadership skills . Cultural awareness . Analytical and commercial awareness . Bilingual skills (preferred) Education Level . MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Management or Chartered Accountancy . Securities and Commodities Authority Promoter license Work Experience . 8+ years in retail banking, with 2+ years in Priority Banking or similar . Experience in employee banking or personal banking in UAE preferred .
