Responsibilities:
. Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and
developing relevant resources for sales and business development
. Work independently on customers' needs
. Identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals
. Liaise with concern team to ensure top level client experience in all cases of client interactions
from follow up to delivery
. Attract, as well as retain clients by developing highly creative outreach strategies along with
marketing department in the organization
. Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation
and sales growth goals
. Work collaboratively with the Marketing to develop creative outreach strategies to attract and
retain clients
. Continuously review the current processes to find better ways of working
. Grow portfolio of Employee Banking Clients by desired percentage
. Organize Helpdesk / Induction activities at client premises in order to generate business revenues
by extension on Retail asset products and services.
. Act as the focal point for customer enquiries
. Exceed expectations by increasing standards of customer service also ensure affective complaint
management (Addressing customers concerns, at your door services, enhanced TAT...etc.)
. Constantly design and execute strategies to increasing business penetration within the region
. Liaise with Corporate & Investment banking, business banking team to provide their clients with a
complete package on retail banking proposition
. Drive multi product sales with a focused approach on increasing corporate profitability
. Monitor emerging opportunities in Market, Industry and Competition and share information with
the Business Intelligence team to keep plans/ strategies agile and improvise in a changing
landscape
. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Code of Conduct of the bank
Requirements
Master's Degree
5 years relevant experience in the banking sector
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasks
Strong detail- orientation and top-level self organization
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to put in more working hours, even at odd times
Posses reliable problem solving ability
