Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Manager Relationship Management to join our client's leading real estate organization. The ideal candidate will come from a banking background with strong experience in managing elite or high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial and investment relationship management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP / elite clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Understand client's real estate investment goals and provide tailored advisory support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.
- Represent the company at key networking events and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in relationship management within the banking sector or real estate experience
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with HNI / elite clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate or investment advisory is an advantage.
