Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new high-value clients and grow existing relationships to increase the liability portfolio and revenue.
  • Engage clients to understand banking needs and enhance service quality.
  • Increase wallet share by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling FAB products and services.
  • Drive market share expansion within targeted customer segments.
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to client requests and business applications.
  • Structure pricing for GM and Cash products based on client needs.
  • Build strong, customer-focused relationships that reinforce competitive advantage.
  • Conduct regular client visits to promote GTB and GM solutions.
  • Identify and forward cross-selling opportunities to other departments.
  • Collaborate closely with product specialists to support solution delivery.
Risk Management
  • Update KYC records promptly and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare Credit Applications and analyze financial statements as per bank standards.
  • Identify early warning signals and manage past-due exposures.
  • Assess financial, business, and industry risks for new and existing clients.
  • Recommend appropriate credit limits based on creditworthiness and risk evaluation.
  • Ensure timely renewal of client accounts and strict adherence to bank policies.
  • Support internal audit and risk teams by addressing identified gaps.
  • Monitor potential money laundering activities and escalate where required.
Profitability and Expense Control
  • Maximize profitability through effective utilization of client limits.
  • Monitor MIS reports for FX and Trade revenue performance.
  • Continuously work to increase revenue margins from clients.
Customer Service and Service Quality
  • Maintain high customer service standards and follow operational processes.
  • Coordinate with service units to ensure satisfactory turnaround and response times.
  • Adhere strictly to bank policies to mitigate operational risks and prevent fraud.
Ideal Profile
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships in banking.
