HJ Properties is a top real estate company in Dubai, launching an exciting Broker Partnership Program. Join us to support independent brokers, build strong relationships, and drive success in Dubai's property market!
What You'll Do:
Manage and support a portfolio of independent brokers. Onboard new brokers and guide them through deals. Assist with transaction registration, documentation, and compliance. Provide strategic advice and market insights to help brokers grow. Coordinate leads, events, and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and report performance updates.
What We're Looking For:
3-6 years in real estate sales, brokerage, or client relationship management. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate, DLD & RERA regulations. Excellent communication (English required; Arabic is a plus). Customer-focused, target-driven, organized, and proactive. Tech-savvy with CRM and MS Office skills.
