Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered Nurse Assistant
to join our professional team and contribute to our standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, high-quality home-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and best practices.
Perform
IV cannulation
, administer
IV infusions
, and carry out all related intravenous procedures safely and efficiently.
Conduct
blood collection
and phlebotomy with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Provide wound care, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and routine patient assessments.
Support patients with chronic condition management, rehabilitation, and post-operative recovery.
Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient documentation, reports, and care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and health maintenance.
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, confidentiality, and ethical care.
Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid DHA License
or eligibility letter (mandatory).
Degree or diploma in Nursing or an accredited Nursing Assistant qualification.
Previous experience in home care or clinical settings is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated competency in
IV cannulation
,
blood collection
, and core nursing procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-relations skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to client locations across Dubai.
