Job Description

We, Salwaty Home Health Care L.L.C, are currently hiring qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our home healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide skilled nursing care to patients at home as per physician's orders and care plans.

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage wound care and IV therapy.

Support patients with chronic illnesses, post-surgical recovery, elderly care, Baby Care ( new born,premature and toddler )and rehabilitation.

Educate patients and family members on health management and preventive care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and company policies.

Requirements:



Relevant Nursing Diploma/BSc Nursing

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) and Assistant Nurse (AN) with DHA License Eligibility

Minimum [1-2 years] of clinical nursing experience- (ICU, NICU, Paediatrics, Home Care, Geriatrics etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skill

Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently.

Ability to travel to patients' homes as per assigned schedule.
