Design and Develop training programs for retail staff Liaise with department heads to determine training needs and schedule sessions Organise and conduct effective induction program for new joiners Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Develop and design training calendar to be sent out on a monthly basis Maintain and manage in- house training facilities and equipment Research and recommend new modules for retail front Drive learning through Digital platforms like in house ( learning management system) Requirements:
Proven Experience as a Training coordinator, trainer, training- facilitator or similar role Hands on experience of coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting MS office Proficiency String communication skills Good organisational skills to handle multiple assignments
