The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving top line across Middle East. He or She will be responsible for growing top line on through their distributors but also with their key accounts.

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Identify target markets, key accounts, and growth opportunities within the Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Industrial sectors.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Oversee and manage existing distributors within the region, ensuring effective collaboration, strong relationships, and achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of distributors, provide necessary support, and implement improvement plans where required.
• Identify and evaluate potential new distributors, conduct due diligence, negotiate contracts, and onboard new partners as needed

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership roles within the safety products industry, preferably in the Oil and Gas, Chemical, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of safety products and regulations within the target sectors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing key accounts.
• Experience in managing and developing distributor networks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
