Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts in growing sales of Construction chemicals for infrastructure projects across the UAE & GCC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the infrastructure industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

1. Identify and pursue Construction chemicals sales opportunities in infrastructure sectors such as roads, bridges, power plants, and public works like DEWA, FEWA, SEWA, ADNOC, RTA, Etihad Rail, Masdar, Dubai Municipality, ADWEA etc.

2. Secure Construction chemicals sales from Category A Developers and contractors.

3. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and infrastructure projects within the UAE & GCC.

4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition in the infrastructure industry.

Client Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including government agencies, contractors, and construction firms.

2. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing and resolving client issues.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.

2. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for infrastructure projects.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

1. Prepare detailed sales forecasts and track performance against goals.

2. Provide regular sales reports to the senior management team.

3. Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Team Collaboration:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.

2. Provide input on pricing strategies and project proposals.

Compliance & Industry Knowledge:

1. Stay up to date with government regulations and industry standards relevant to infrastructure projects.

2. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales operations.

3. Strong knowledge of the UAE & GCC infrastructure market and regulatory environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
