Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts such as
Play smart, Hatim, Disney, Marvel
, or similar brands.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the toys industry.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with buyers to ensure profitable outcomes.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and service delivery.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role within the
toys industry
.
Client Exposure:
Must have handled key accounts with leading international brands (e.g., Play smart, Hatim, Disney, Marvel, etc.).
Track Record:
Proven history of delivering sales growth and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Background:
Strong expertise in
KAM, BDM, and Buyer functions
.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management abilities.

Maximum 35 years.
