ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Regional Sales & Education Trainer you will be the face of Gisou in the Middle East - responsible for driving education excellence, retail performance and brand storytelling across the region.
This is a hybrid role that bridges training, coaching and commercial execution. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing and Education teams, as well as our retail partners, to deliver exceptional client experiences, develop top-performing Beauty Advisors and ensure our brand presence shines through every interaction.
Based in Dubai, this is your opportunity to become an ambassador for one of the world's most beloved beauty brands. This role will report into the Field & Education Manager based in the UK.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive
sell-out performance
by motivating and inspiring Beauty Advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets across the Middle East.
Manage and support
Gisou Beauty Advisors in the region, ensuring alignment with brand standards and KPIs.
Adapt global
training materials, modules and toolkits
to the Middle Eastern market and audiences.
Deliver
engaging product launches, masterclasses and workshops
that bring to life Gisou's heritage and product innovation.
Partner cross-functionally with
Marketing, Sales and Education
teams to synchronize training with product launches, campaigns and regional strategy.
Evaluate
training effectiveness
through feedback, KPIs and sales performance data, continuously optimizing programs for greater impact.
Support the team on designing and implementing
regional training strategies
tailored to market needs.
Take part in
trade activations and key retail moments
to elevate performance, motivate teams and deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
Coach the field team
across top GCC doors - observing, assessing and guiding Beauty Advisors with clear objectives and follow-up sessions.
Spend at least
one day per week in flagship stores
to evaluate education impact and strengthen frontline performance.
Analyze
store-level and BA performance
, building quarterly SMART action plans and partnering cross-functionally to achieve results.
Act as the
main point of contact
for retail education and field sales performance in the Middle East.
Develop, inspire and lead a high-performing education team, fostering collaboration, creativity and a strong sense of brand culture and community.
Stay informed on
industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
to ensure Gisou's education remains best-in-class and forward-thinking.
WHO YOU ARE:
2+ years' experience in sales training, education, or field sales within the hair or skincare industry
Flexibility to work occasional weekends during key events or as per the business needs.
Exceptional communication, presentation and facilitation skills, charismatic, inspiring and relatable
Proven ability to train, coach and motivate teams to reach their highest potential
Proven expertise in delivering training programs across the Middle East
Results-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, adaptable and proactive
Fluent in English & Arabic
Deep passion for beauty, storytelling and connecting with people
Willing to travel extensively within the GCC
