Job Summary
Regional Director, Sales & Marketing - Middle East - Based in Dubai, this role leads sales and marketing strategy for Kerzner International's portfolio (Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO, Rare Finds) across the Middle East, GCC, and Israel. Responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility, the Regional Director develops targeted sales initiatives, builds high-value partnerships with airlines, trade partners, and luxury lifestyle brands, and ensures exceptional positioning in the marketplace. Working closely with global and on-property teams, this leader delivers profitable opportunities in leisure, groups and corporate segment , supports new resort openings, and upholds the highest standards of Kerzner's luxury brand experience.
