• Lead the overall salesdevelopment process for Modernization and Upgrades (M&U) Projects for Turbo-compressors\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for discovery, qualification, strategy setting and development ofopportunities. Responsible for identifying and influencing key decision makers,and successfully navigating internal and external selling environments.
• Understand, co-develop and promotetechnical solutions for complex projects (revamps, footprints, DGS upgrades,etc.) towards our external clients in the Middle East, based on theirrequirements and operational/commercial conditions.
• Exercise solid business acumen to develop and articulate a winning valueproposition while maintaining company growth and profit guidelines.
• Responsible for Forecasting all M&U business in assigned sellingaccounts \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce funnel, and accuracy / quality of forecasts.
• Collaborate with our engineering teams andproposal teams during the preparation of proposals, ensuring these are submittedon time and according to customer expectations.
• Handover projects to the commercial and executing teams after closure ofopportunities. Responsibilities include coordination with implementation teamsduring proposal phase, final Purchase Order review and capture, andleading/participating in all internal and external kickoff meetings.
• Develop and nurture client relationships and continually create new onesby active onsite visits and engagement sessions. Capture and share customerintelligence within SE.
• Work closely with Regional Product Engineers and Client Managers indeveloping and prioritizing opportunities in accordance to the businesspipeline and targets.

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities

• Education \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering.
• Must be experienced with turbo-compressor technology/design/marketsand the Energy and Oil&Gas industry. Strong familiarization with SiemensEnergy centrifugal compressor portfolio is preferred.
• Customer oriented and business driven. Proactive and willing totake on new responsibilities, with a high level of ownership culture.
  • Passion for winning mentality. Great communication, presentation,and executive presence skillsets. Ability to influence and convince atexecutive levels. Experience in multicultural negotiations and environments.
• Years experience > 8 years.
