• • Lead the overall sales development process for all services opportunities(parts, overhauls, modernization and upgrades, etc.) for Reciprocating Compressors\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for discovery, qualification, strategy setting and development ofopportunities. Responsible for identifying and influencing key decision makers,and successfully navigating internal and external selling environments.
  • Understand, develop and promotetechnical solutions for reciprocating compressors towards our external clientsin the Middle East, based on their requirements and operational/commercial conditions.
  • Exercise solid business acumen to develop and articulate a winningvalue proposition while maintaining company growth and profit guidelines.
  • Responsible for forecasting the service business opportunities inassigned selling accounts, in collaboration with Client Managers \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforcefunnel, and accuracy / quality of forecasts.
  • Collaborate with our engineeringteams and proposal teams during the preparation of proposals, ensuring theseare submitted on time and according to customer expectations.
  • Handover projects to the commercial and executing teams afterclosure of opportunities. Responsibilities include coordination withimplementation teams during proposal phase, final Purchase Order review andcapture, and leading/participating in all internal and external kickoffmeetings.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships and continually createnew ones by active onsite visits and engagement sessions. Capture and sharecustomer intelligence within SE.

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities

• • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering.
  • Must be experienced with reciprocating compressor technology and design,as well as the Energy and Oil&Gas industry. Strong familiarization withSiemens Energy reciprocating compressor portfolio is preferred.
  • Customer oriented and business driven. Proactive and willing totake on new responsibilities, with a high level of ownership culture.
  • Passion for winning mentality. Great communication, presentation,and executive presence skillsets. Ability to influence and convince atexecutive levels. Experience in multicultural negotiations and environments.
  • Years experience > 8 years.
  • Travel (both local and international) \xe2\x80\x93 35 %
