The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep

understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

The partner ecosystem will cover all Enterprise Indirect segments. The Partner Sales leader for CHIMEA will report directly to the VP, Global Partner Sales.

As part of our team, you will:

CHIMEA Partner Sales Leader will plan, execute, monitor and direct partner sales efforts for MEA, India and GCHN focusing on performance and resource allocation needs.

This involves :
Hiring, developing, mentoring and supporting a highly motivated partner sales team
Ensure adequate sales coverage by the partner channel and possesing a deep understanding of the capabilities of each partner
Communicating the plan, strategy, and progress across the organization (operations, marketing etc.) to create alignment and solicit support for channel sales mandates and objectives
Set the channel partner strategy across the CHIMEA region in alignment with local sales leaders to ensure the efficient use of existing partner GTM capabilities.
Develop the appropriate KPIs and other metrics / processes to more quantitatively manage the business and track it's performance
Work with the Regional Partner Operations team to identify process and program requirements for the region.
Help drive improvements to conclusion in support of a more scalable sales model that can be used across the region by all partners
Approve all channel acquisitions in accordance with CHIMEA regional strategy through the due diligence process
Implement specific campaigns and sales programs to generate incremental revenues on non covered accounts or opportunities
Develop and implement the incremental plan for indirect with the different stakeholders of the region
Define across the CBT/CT the right governance for best GTM assessment on key deals
Work with the regional sales team members and Business Unit teams to identify new opportunities to grow the channel business through partner recruitment, product additions and geographical expansions.
Establish the foundations of FY23 by working with the partner business development team to make sure the basis of growth is in place to support the fiscal strategy
Your skills and experience
Experience in a leadership position
Experience in channels or strategic alliance/partner management from a GTM creation perspective
Capacity to work closely with cross-functional global teams and represent the full suite of Nokia portfolio
Familiar with verticals and general enterprise market (competition, solutions, telecom / IT needs) is a must .
Excellent communicator, relationship builder, collaborator and negotiator
Capacity to drive discussions at C-Level;
Demonstrate mastery in teambuilding and conflict management
Recognize team and Partner members' roles, responsibilities, strengths and weaknesses in order to improve and optimize direct and virtual team effectiveness
