Regional Market Analyst (Middle East & India)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Regional Strategic Sales & Marketing team in Dubai, UAE.

In this position, you will play a vital role in acquiring, interpreting and presenting a broad range of market analysis across the energy, renewables and water sectors to our regional leadership team in support of strategic planning activities. This role will report directly to the Regional Director of Strategic Sales & Marketing with a functional reporting line into our Global Market Intelligence function.

Your role

You consult with our business lines as required to gain a deep understanding of our solutions and the problems they solve.

You liaise with both internal and external market sources to obtain qualitative and quantitative market, client and competitor information across the energy, renewables and water sectors.

You develop and apply customized methodologies to consolidate, analyze and interpret market data in order to generate relevant and actionable insights.

You develop and deliver high quality presentations and reports for the regional leadership and sales teams.

You build databases in MS Excel and/or MS Access and ensure information is well structured and organized.

You develop intuitive Power BI Panels that track relevant insights in graphical format.

You provide regular market news updates via the appropriate channels within the organization.

You act as the regional focal point for market intelligence and play a critical role in our annual budgeting and strategic planning cycles.

You communicate and liaise with regional (and global) departments to ensure the profile and importance of marketing intelligence.

Your track record

You have a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics and previous experience in a similar role.

You are experienced with data-analysis and have an advanced working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.

You are enthusiastic, have an analytical mindset and show initiative.

You have strong interpersonal skills and good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)

You have a flexible attitude with the ability to multitask and are stress resistant.
