What will you do Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Consumer Planning organization and Manufacturing sites to optimize loading and transport operations to drive efficiencies in E2E operations of finished goods replenishment applying Lean principles
- Manage relationships with transport and logistics service providers via metrics to improve reliability, reduce Lead-times, drive overall performance and agility, including business continuity set ups.
- Drive Supplier enabled innovation and Sustainability: identify, assess, analyze, and implement innovation projects to deliver cost savings, improve efficiency and CO2 footprint
- Proactively surfaces and resolves key issues with a sense of urgency, support agile operations in crisis management, help develop and execute business continuity plans
- Support E2E Supply Chain projects from Inbound transportation perspective and support Logistics Procurement in tender and RFQs.

What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in logistics management/ supply chain management/ Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years in end-to-end Supply chain related disciplines, good understanding of order-to-cash process
- Subject Matter Expertise across core Transportation, Planning and Carrier management, knowledge of import / export processes and Transportation management systems
- Experience in managing complex operations across EMEA, working in a regional function and matrix organization.
- Ability to provide leadership in complex and challenging situations.
- High degree of independent judgement & decision making
- Ability to drive continuous improvement (LEAN certification is desired) and innovation in Transportation management with an end-to-end view.
- Excellent analytics skills with ability to conceptualize and build business cases
Demonstrated project, change management skills with process orientation, good communication and presentation skills
