Job Title: SAP Roll out Manager
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Contract (12 Months Extendable)
Desired Candidate:

• 
  The candidate should have Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, in Project Management with Implementation, roll-out and support.
• S/ He should have experience in project organization, resource mobilization, stakeholders\' management and in dealing with management issues at group level (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, team)
• S/ He should have previous experience in leading implementations of SAP systems (preferably SAP ECC and S/4 HANA)
• S/ He should have previous experience in implementing ERP projects in multi regions
• S/ He should have hands-on experience with SAP different modules rollouts / releases is important
• S/ He should have experience in leading and collaborating virtually, cross functionally project management teams and offshore teams
• Proven Organizational Change Management and leadership experience
• S/ He should have strong understanding of project management methodology concepts (including Waterfall and Agile); Ideally in-depth knowledge in industrial/production environment and service/sales processes deep understanding
• Traits of Entrepreneurial PM with focus on true organization value through project delivery
