Position

Responsible for Regional distribution centre setup and daily operations located in Dubai

Job responsibilities

Lead the setup of Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai; Prepare user manual of Warehouse Management System Act as key user of internal Warehouse Management System for Regional Distribution Centre. Perform UAT / regression test for WMS & SAP

Responsible of the 3PL management Monitor and measure the performance of the 3PL service providers to ensure their fulfillment on service level Responsible for the stock accuracy including stock control, cycle count organization and stock check in the warehouse regularly. Responsible of subcontracting expenses Contribute to cross-functionnal projects (B2B/B2C) In charge of packaging and B2C client experience linked to DC operations Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the warehouse operations efficiency and effectiveness

Profile

Bachelor or above in Logistics or related disciplines At least 8 years working experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retail Experience in project management Strong comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management system, inventory control Proficient in all Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint Strong stakeholder management experience, analytical skills and problem solving skills A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities Fluent English Passion for taking challenges Comfort and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment
