Position
Responsible for Regional distribution centre setup and daily operations located in Dubai
Job responsibilities

+ Lead the setup of Regional Distribution Centre in Dubai;
+ Prepare user manual of Warehouse Management System
+ Act as key user of internal Warehouse Management System for Regional Distribution Centre.
Perform UAT / regression test for WMS & SAP
+
+ Responsible of the 3PL management
+ Monitor and measure the performance of the 3PL service providers to ensure their fulfillment on service level
+ Responsible for the stock accuracy including stock control, cycle count organization and stock check in the warehouse regularly.
+ Responsible of subcontracting expenses
+ Contribute to cross-functionnal projects (B2B/B2C)
+ In charge of packaging and B2C client experience linked to DC operations
+ Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the warehouse operations efficiency and effectiveness
Profile

+ Bachelor or above in Logistics or related disciplines
+ At least 8 years working experience in warehousing management, ideally in luxury retail
+ Experience in project management
+ Strong comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management system, inventory control
+ Proficient in all Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
+ Strong stakeholder management experience, analytical skills and problem solving skills
+ A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment
+ Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
+ Fluent English
