- Develop a portfolio strategy for the Middle East and Africa region to support the business develop\xc2\xadment of our three Global Business Units SAN Vet, SAN Agrow and SAN Venture
- Establish sales objectives and KPIs in align\xc2\xadment with the Global Business Units strategies and assign sales targets to different countries and areas, considering sales volume, product mix, and selling price, according to budget
- Ensure customers have the best possible experience, through products and services, and high-quality customer service support
- Ensure proper use of CRM to register relevant sales activities and communi\xc2\xadcate with target audiences
- Support the develop\xc2\xadment and imple\xc2\xadmentation of a market intelli\xc2\xadgence program to allow market assess\xc2\xadment and research, compe\xc2\xadtitors\xe2\x80\x99 analysis, pricing strategies, to better assess products potential and create competitive advantage
