Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

System Operation & Maintenance:

Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of ammonia, Freon, and CO? refrigeration systems. Monitor system parameters and maintain accurate logs.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose and repair issues in compressors, motors, valves, and controls. Handle emergency breakdowns and perform leak testing, refrigerant charging, and calibration.

Project & Installation Supervision:

Supervise installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems. Review system drawings and coordinate with contractors and technicians.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with HSE, ASHRAE, ISO, and local environmental standards. Conduct safety talks and supervise high-risk maintenance activities.

Team Leadership & Documentation:

Lead a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure timely maintenance. Maintain logs, checklists, and service reports.

Energy & Performance Optimization:

Analyze system efficiency and recommend energy-saving measures. Propose upgrades to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering.

Experience:

5-8 years in industrial refrigeration, including sub-zero cold rooms and blast free
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
