We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Engineer Supervisor
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising engineering teams, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
: Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to engineering teams. Foster a collaborative and productive environment.Project Management
: Oversee engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met, and project specifications are adhered to.Quality Assurance
: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and quality benchmarks.Resource Management
: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring engineers have the tools and materials needed for optimal performance.Problem Solving
: Address and resolve technical challenges or operational issues quickly and efficiently.Safety Compliance
: Enforce and uphold safety protocols in all engineering activities to ensure a safe working environment.Reporting
: Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, keeping them informed of any issues or delays.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
