We are hiring skilled
Refractory Masons
to perform installation, repair, and maintenance of refractory materials and linings used in furnaces, kilns, boilers, and other high-temperature industrial equipment. Candidates should have strong experience in working with heat-resistant bricks, castables, and insulation materials.Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain
refractory linings
in industrial furnaces, kilns, and boilers. Cut, shape, and lay refractory bricks, blocks, and tiles according to design specifications. Mix and applyrefractory mortars, castables, and insulation materials.
Inspect refractory structures for cracks, wear, and damage; perform necessary patching or relining. Read and interprettechnical drawings and blueprints.
Use hand and power tools such as saws, trowels, mixers, and grinders. Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets industry standards. Follow allsafety procedures and PPE requirements
during work.Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Refractory Mason or in a similar trade. Knowledge of refractory materials and installation methods. Ability to read basic drawings and measure accurately. Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature industrial environments. Basic English communication skills preferred. Trade certificate or technical training in masonry or refractory work (advantageous).Benefits:
