Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain high-quality standards. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various industries. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery of profiles. Train, guide, and mentor team members to improve their performance and productivity. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to assess team performance. Ensure the recruitment process aligns with company policies and industry best practices. Prepare regular reports and updates on hiring progress and team performance. Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
