Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Set clear sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching.
Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales staff.
Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively.
Collaborate with the sales manager to plan and implement strategies.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure the team follows company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales; team leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
