Job Description

As an F&B (Food and Beverage) recruitment specialist, your primary responsibilities revolve around sourcing, selecting, and hiring talented individuals for various roles within the food and beverage industry. Your duties typically include: Job Analysis and Description: Collaborating with clients or hiring managers to understand their specific requirements, job roles, and responsibilities. You create detailed job descriptions, outlining the skills, qualifications, and experience necessary for each position. Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and referrals to attract potential candidates. You actively search for qualified individuals who match the desired criteria and ensure a diverse pool of candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial screenings to assess their suitability for the position. This may involve phone or video interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Assessment: Administering assessments or tests to evaluate specific skills, such as culinary expertise or knowledge of food safety regulations. Additionally, you may conduct reference checks and verify candidates' credentials to ensure their qualifications align with the job requirements. Interview Coordination: Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. You act as a liaison, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process for all parties involved. Candidate Selection: Collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate interview feedback and make informed decisions regarding candidate selection. You may provide insights, advice, and recommendations to assist in the decision-making process. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extending job offers to selected candidates, discussing compensation packages, and negotiating terms if necessary. Once the candidate accepts the offer, you assist in the onboarding process by facilitating necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition. Talent Acquisition Strategies: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the F&B industry. This includes keeping up-to-date with industry trends, attending job fairs or industry events, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process. This involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to data protection regulations, and following fair employment practices. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. You provide excellent customer service, address concerns or issues promptly, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the recruitment process. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
