Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles Present candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and fit for the position Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates Follow up with clients post-placement to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing partnerships Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate pipelines, and placement activities in the company database Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Experience

Proven experience in Dubai Based Recruitment is ESSENTIAL Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets Demonstrated success in building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of staffing industry practices or familiarity with various industries is a plus
