Liaise with the hiring managers and departments to find out recruitment needs.
Take part in job briefing from the hiring managers for active positions and thoroughly understand the roles, requirements and job market.
Proactively search, attract, and shortlist candidates using the necessary tools (networking, research, job boards, ATS).
Place and update job adverts and monitor application responses efficiently.
Reach out and conduct initial screening with potential candidates to determine their suitability for each role.
Maintain trackers to update the sourcing progress on roles being worked on across departments.
Manage the interview scheduling and assessments between the hiring managers and the candidates.
Prepare and guide the candidates for interviews and/or assessments in a way that inspires interest and document their progress through the selection process.
Continuously identify and build strong pipeline of diverse, high-quality candidate pool.
Conduct periodic benchmarking of the current market\'s roles and salaries.
Support the Recruitment team in administrative requirements, if required.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or relevant.
Must have 4-6 years of experience as a recruitment resourcer and/or researcher.
Proactive, team player, and excellent collaborator.
360 and end-to-end recruitment experience and exposure would also be an added advantage.
Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Dependable and able to work fast-paced work environment.
Tech/FinTech industry and recruitment agency background and experience would be preferred.
