Key Responsibilities

Overseas Recruitment
:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end overseas recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate with overseas recruitment agencies, government-authorized partners and embassies.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and international recruitment standards.
Prepare and manage job orders, recruitment documentation, offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct virtual interviews or coordinate final interviews with department heads.
Liaise with candidates for travel arrangements, visa processing and orientation.
PRO Responsibilities
:
Handle all visa, medical and immigration-related tasks for newly recruited overseas employees.
Prepare and submit employment visa applications, labor approvals and sponsorship transfers.
Ensure timely renewals of employee visas, ID cards (QID) and other official documents.
Maintain excellent relationships with ministries, embassies, immigration offices and other government departments.
Keep track of regulatory changes related to labor and immigration policies in Qatar.
Requirements
:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
Overseas Recruitment
and
PRO functions
in Qatar.
In-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, immigration procedures and employment visa processes.
Experience working with international recruitment agencies and overseas labor deployment.
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Valid Qatar Driving License.
Previous experience handling high-volume recruitment in sectors such as hospitality and facility management.
Knowledge of e-government platforms like
Metrash2
,
MOI, Hukoomi
and
MADLSA portals
.
