Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for overseas clients, particularly in sectors like Construction, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering, and Healthcare.
Understand client manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal database, references, and agencies.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients (including virtual, face-to-face, or overseas interviews).
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations.
Coordinate with travel agents, medical centers, and embassy for visa processing and mobilization.
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports.
Follow up with clients and candidates for feedback and selections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sourcing agencies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in overseas recruitment (GCC preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment life cycle.
Familiar with visa processing, travel coordination, and mobilization formalities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting blue-collar and skilled manpower.
Familiarity with Gulf labor laws and recruitment procedures.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
