Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit candidates for various positions in the EPC company, ensuring alignment with company requirements and industry standards.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate profiles, conduct assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas or construction industry in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong understanding of EPC company operations and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary AED 5000-8000 + Benefits
