Integrate overall workforce needs from business departments with external labor market research to develop strategic workforce plans. Streamline and continuously improve labor management systems and processes to enhance workforce allocation efficiency.
Manage and operate all labor channels, strengthen the talent pool, and continuously diversify and grow sourcing channels.
Establish a workforce cost management framework, strengthen budget and process control, accurately formulate staffing strategies, and achieve continuous optimization of labor costs.
Manage the labor management team, provide business guidance to members, and continuously enhance their professional capabilities and team output.
Lead the establishment of a warehouse labor supplier system, standardize supplier onboarding, evaluation, and exit criteria and processes, regularly review supplier service quality, optimize cooperation models, and ensure compliance and risk control.
Monitor workforce data, analyze key labor metrics to identify and resolve anomalies, adjust strategies based on actual needs, and ensure workforce planning targets are met.
Liaise with government departments related to labor affairs, and assist in handling labor-related incidents (e.g., those involving human resources and social security, or public security).
