Requirements

• Professional-level English
• Proven experience to manage a local and remote team of Recruiters in support hiring across Africa, Middle East and AvA3
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in a global, matriC organi4ation that includes professional and skilled labor technician openings
• Ability to attend calls in early mornings or evenings
• Strong understanding of local employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing
