To create and implement an effective talent strategy and practices to support the sourcing, attracting screening, and hiring of the best talent for all the roles across all the departments.
Regularly update recruitment Tracker, Headcount, and analyze recruitment reports.
Advertising of all vacant positions on notice boards, Kempinski Career Site, and the KEEP system.
Screening applications, interviewing all shortlisted candidates, and conducting reference checks for all selected talents
Communicate regularly to the head of the department and the hiring managers all the relevant information related to hiring updates.
All recruitment correspondence with candidates, agencies, headhunters, etc should be performed in a timely and professional manner
Schedule Gate-keeping (Final interview) with GM or Hotel Manager
Ensure every candidate receives a personalized response to their application.
Adapt a pro-active approach in all recruitment platforms, talent acquisition channels, and social media including HOSCO, LinkedIn, Facebook, referral, Kempinski career site, KEEP, etc.
Maintain a positive relationship with recruitment agencies and liaise with them whenever there is a high volume of open positions and in the event of facing challenges in sourcing certain positions.
Participate in career fairs, and localization programs as well as organize group interviews and/or career open days whenever possible.
Communicate recruitment updates on a weekly basis to the concerned department heads.
Create and maintain an active talent bank for all potential candidates.
Contact the Kempinski seasoned hotels to source and retain talents.
Prepare the transfer forms for Kempinski internal candidates.
Promote and implement Kempinski Referral policy and procedures.
Handover a completely new hire file to the HR colleague i/c of administration including all documents as such the signed employment contract, passport, photos, reference checks, medical reports, education certificates, interview notes, etc
Update all the reports related to recruitment: such as recruitment reports, and employees database.

Book flights for new joiners.
Maintain the onboarding procedures upon arrival, coordinate the airport transfer arrangements, and liaise with the Accommodation manager to ensure room/apartment is arranged.
Prepare and send out internal arrival announcements.
All new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork is completed in an organized and efficient manner.
New joiners starting dates are communicated to the respective HODs and the Training department.
Update the Employee handbook.
Conduct a feedback session with the employees whenever they complete three months.
Conduct exit interviews with the leavers, especially with the colleagues who resign before the competing probation period.
Prepare the contract addendums and updated job descriptions for the promoted colleagues.
Support the HR/Asst HR manager, Director of training, and Director of HR in the current and new career development initiatives.
Conduct regular interview skills and KEEP training (hiring module) for all hiring managers.
