Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to deliver a great candidate experience.
- Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain all recruitment activities and updates accurately within the applicant tracking system.
- Support the final stages of recruitment, including case study coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation.
- Contribute to process improvements and team projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on continuous learning.
- Confident using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both required).
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
