Recruitment Executive (Urgent Hiring - Construction)

About the Role
We are a leading construction company in Dubai seeking dynamic and experienced Recruitment Executives to join our team immediately. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to support our rapidly growing projects and operational needs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive talent acquisition specialist with a proven track record in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance for various construction roles (site engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, foremen, skilled/unskilled laborers, HSE officers, etc.).
• Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and direct headhunting). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads and project managers to understand urgent hiring needs, define job specifications, and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies. Manage the preparation of employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database. Generate recruitment reports and metrics.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience working in the recruitment/talent acquisition function of a Construction Company is mandatory. Candidates without construction industry experience will not be considered.
• Availability: Must be available in the UAE for an immediate joining.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction roles, qualifications, certifications, and the local (UAE/GCC) job market.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., GulfTalent, Bayt, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
