We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented recruitment executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the region. with a strong focus on Emiratization initiatives. This Position requires someone who can handle high volume recruitment while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support and drive Emiratization recruitment efforts in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and provide effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Coordinate interviewing scheduling, assessments, and offer management in a timely manner.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
